When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnaitz Zubizarreta made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Vellisca FC's Pablo Mendez got a free kick in the 51st minute. With a little luck, Dalias's Peru Benito got control of the ball when Alonso Doblas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leocadio Ponte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albino Guijarro having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Vellisca FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
