In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind EIBARPOOL's goalkeeper Roger Stenquist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Cugat Paredes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Egun Castan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. C.F. Los Mancos's Mauricio Claude played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egun Castan in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egun Castan in the 18th minute of play forced C.F. Los Mancos's goalkeeper Mauricio Claude to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeremy Gobelijns hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute of the match Leon Barro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mauricio Claude skillfully saved the ball. EIBARPOOL's Cugat Paredes got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute Egun Castan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Claude saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cefero Vilanova fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roger Stenquist having to interfere. EIBARPOOL's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leon Barro in the 35th minute. Roger Stenquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urtsin Marin in the 38th minute of the match. Lico Aldazabal kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 41st minute of the match Leon Barro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mauricio Claude showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urtsin Marin in the 42nd minute of play forced EIBARPOOL's goalkeeper Roger Stenquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cugat Paredes made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Constantino Ponte's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mauricio Claude was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. C.F. Los Mancos's Mauricio Claude played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Ponte in the 62nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cugat Paredes got free with Mauricio Claude in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cefero Vilanova in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roger Stenquist saved EIBARPOOL from getting behind. In the 81st minute of the match C.F. Los Mancos got a corner. EIBARPOOL's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jeremy Gobelijns ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jeremy Gobelijns made a great header on C.F. Los Mancos's corner, it was just that EIBARPOOL's Roger Stenquist managed to reach the ball for a save. After 82 played minutes C.F. Los Mancos got a freekick which was hit by José Rajoi. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by C.F. Los Mancos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leon Barro was slow to take the kick. During this time EIBARPOOL's players had a chance to rest. In the 87th minute José Rajoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Stenquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The EIBARPOOL fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when EIBARPOOL's Cugat Paredes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Prometeo Martin's late challenge caught a C.F. Los Mancos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Prometeo Martin helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, EIBARPOOL's Prometeo Martin got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Roger Stenquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urtsin Marin in the 94th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, C.F. Los Mancos's goal looked a bit too open when Constantino Ponte came free, but Mauricio Claude reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yavuz Bülent Hidayettin kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urtsin Marin in the 98th minute of play forced EIBARPOOL's goalkeeper Roger Stenquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roger Stenquist came out of the goal in the 98th minute to try and stop a shot by C.F. Los Mancos's Urtsin Marin. But to his dismay, Urtsin Marin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the EIBARPOOL players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for C.F. Los Mancos.
