Peru Aranzubia was a little too slow when Humberto Barba got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 0-5. In the 66th minute Humberto Barba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peru Aranzubia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xaloc were awarded a corner in the 67th minute after Rubite FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Humberto Barba took the corner. The corner led to Xaloc's Alejandro Leon getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After some careless play in the Rubite FC defense, Humberto Barba kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Peru Aranzubia. The Rubite FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Peru Aranzubia should have stopped the shot. Xaloc made a substitution. Ton Torron replaced Tommy Rabot. 82 minutes into the match, Rubite FC's goal looked a bit too open when Virgilio Quevedo came free, but Peru Aranzubia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Humberto Barba kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Peru Aranzubia. That made the score 0-9 in the 83 minute of play. Virgilio Quevedo took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peru Aranzubia. Peru Aranzubia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10. Peru Aranzubia was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and Humberto Barba capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Humberto Barba really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. Peru Aranzubia came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Xaloc's Virgilio Quevedo. But to his dismay, Virgilio Quevedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-12. Xaloc's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
