Elisardo Gimenez made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Robinho Figueiredo sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Atlético Mancha Real booed when Barcelona FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xorxe Negro didn't get a good kick on the ball. There was no doubt that Barcelona FC were the better team. Barcelona FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
