Fagondo Zapata breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FLAMENGO San Sebastian made a substitution. Caitano Galego replaced Per Åström. Fagondo Zapata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Pancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Emiliano Pancho sped through Pinchón United F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fagondo Zapata. After some careless play in the Pinchón United F.C. defense, Emiliano Pancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fagondo Zapata. The Pinchón United F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fagondo Zapata should have stopped the shot. Emiliano Pancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emiliano Pancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fagondo Zapata having to interfere. FLAMENGO San Sebastian's Angelo Fresnos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save FLAMENGO San Sebastian from getting a goal against them. After the first half FLAMENGO San Sebastian were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Horacio Etxeberria was the one to do the kick off. Pinchón United F.C.'s Fagondo Zapata proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Pinchón United F.C. from getting a goal against them. 54 minutes into the match, Pinchón United F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Pancho came free, but Fagondo Zapata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emiliano Pancho in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fagondo Zapata saved Pinchón United F.C. from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Pinchón United F.C.'s Horacio Etxeberria got a free kick in the 58th minute. FLAMENGO San Sebastian's Louis Japón was substituted for Faruk Nafiz Arman. In the 65th minute of the game Sancho Villafane made a throw-in which Joey Barrientos played forward. Horacio Etxeberria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71st minute, Pedro Dios got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fagondo Zapata was a little too slow when Emiliano Pancho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 0-6. Fagondo Zapata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emiliano Pancho in the 81st minute of the match. Emiliano Pancho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fagondo Zapata came out and tried to block the shot, but Emiliano Pancho slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 83rd minute. Emiliano Pancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 95th minute, Emiliano Pancho reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fagondo Zapata. The goal made the score 0-9. When the match was over FLAMENGO San Sebastian could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Pinchón United F.C. throughout the match.
