The coaching staff of VALPICA C.F. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kevin Rallo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of Beticostrogodo booed when VALPICA C.F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevin Rallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

After 52 minutes, Hitz Acedo made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. VALPICA C.F.'s Pelayo Montero tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 55th minute Juan-Luis Caballero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pelayo Montero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Godfredo Gene fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pelayo Montero having to interfere. Beticostrogodo's Truylos Baltanas was substituted for Godfredo Gene. Pelayo Montero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan-Luis Caballero in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Juan-Luis Caballero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pelayo Montero was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. 96 minutes into the match, VALPICA C.F.'s goal looked a bit too open when Hitz Acedo came free, but Pelayo Montero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beticostrogodo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
