Argenis Ramiréz charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Ametz Pedraza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Pacorro Olmedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 9 minutes into the game, Albir fc's Pierres Rivera nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pacorro Olmedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some careless play in the Alcañiz CD defense, Celso Baños kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pacorro Olmedo. The Alcañiz CD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pacorro Olmedo should have stopped the shot. After 14 minutes, Brun Barral mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alcañiz CD and the Albir fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Alcañiz CD's Brun Barral got a free kick in the 15th minute. Miroslaw Gollob took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pacorro Olmedo. Pacorro Olmedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 29 minutes into the match, Albir fc's Ametz Pedraza broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Pacorro Olmedo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miroslaw Gollob went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Pacorro Olmedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miroslaw Gollob in the 39th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Albir fc's Iker Naranjo got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ismael Rey to strike the kick off in the second half. Pacorro Olmedo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ametz Pedraza showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 51 minute of play. Pacorro Olmedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan-Francisco Saavedra, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After 54 played minutes Alcañiz CD got a freekick which was hit by Xan Helguera. 56 minutes into the game, Celso Baños cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Pacorro Olmedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pacorro Olmedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reyes Lagunas, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After having played for 60 minutes, Celso Baños managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Albir fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celso Baños was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 69th minute, Albir fc's Juan-Francisco Saavedra dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9. Alonso Valdivia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manolo Mas went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-9 was the resulting score. Alcañiz CD's Pacorro Olmedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miroslaw Gollob in the 82nd minute of play. Pacorro Olmedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valerio Sabina, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Ametz Pedraza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Pacorro Olmedo made a huge save. Albir fc played a much better game than Alcañiz CD and deserved their victory. The Alcañiz CD players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
