Carlos Ramirez hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match, Rayo Virtudes's goal looked a bit too open when Franz Nötzel came free, but Sotil Rienda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sotil Rienda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergiu Socoriceanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Agustín Barrios charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Turleque booed when Rayo Virtudes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustín Barrios didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute, Carlos Ramirez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when C.D. Turleque's Aad Ak in the 34th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Sotil Rienda was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Rayo Virtudes through an amazing save. Ospin Sánchez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Sotil Rienda made a huge save. 39 minutes into the match, Rayo Virtudes's goalkeeper Sotil Rienda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ospin Sánchez. Sotil Rienda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zvonimir Marković went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Sotil Rienda came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by C.D. Turleque's Franz Nötzel. But to his dismay, Franz Nötzel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Fortunato Orbiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xicu Contreras in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Ospin Sánchez had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. 59 minutes into the game, Jaime Ortega was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rayo Virtudes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.D. Turleque the free kick. In the 60th match minute, Rayo Virtudes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Ortega to maneuver through the defense. When C.D. Sotil Rienda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aire Ferrer in the 81st minute of the match. C.D. Turleque's attentive Zvonimir Marković managed to snatch the ball when Lisandro Abancens made a throw-in in the 85th minute of the game. Bastia Martin struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Fortunato Orbiz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rayo Virtudes. The supporters of C.D. Turleque booed when Rayo Virtudes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascual Alcantara didn't get a good kick on the ball.
