BETIS SAN ISIDRO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radomir Cichewski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 12 minutes of play, BETIS SAN ISIDRO's Rey Messi made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joseba Arribas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernard Mera in the 31st minute of play. In the 35th minute, Rey Messi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joseba Arribas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Joseba Arribas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimas Estruch, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernard Mera in the 42nd minute of play forced Diamond Frist's goalkeeper Joseba Arribas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. BETIS SAN ISIDRO's Dimas Estruch suffered a sore foot after 44 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 44 minutes into the game, José Rosas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Diamond Frist's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BETIS SAN ISIDRO the free kick. BETIS SAN ISIDRO's Baiardo Calatayud was substituted for Dimas Estruch. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Agustín Mudarra made a kick off. The referee ignored Diamond Frist's protests and gave Chico Planes a yellow card for diving instead. Chico Planes kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Diamond Frist's zone, Zavier Cordoba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joseba Arribas came out of the goal and Zavier Cordoba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 72 minutes into the match, Diamond Frist's goalkeeper Joseba Arribas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rey Messi. In the 74th minute, Diamond Frist's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Radomir Cichewski fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 75 played minutes Diamond Frist got a freekick which was hit by Agustín Mudarra. Diamond Frist's Joseba Arribas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernard Mera in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Rey Messi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Guillermo Garzon hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Diamond Frist's zone, Rey Messi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joseba Arribas came out of the goal and Rey Messi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Bernard Mera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rey Messi hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Joseba Arribas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rey Messi, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. A collision led to BETIS SAN ISIDRO getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Radomir Cichewski hit a great ball. The Diamond Frist fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. BETIS SAN ISIDRO were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
