Auckland Titans II's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After some careless play in the Auckland Titans II defense, Horacio Batuecas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romualdo Figueroa. The Auckland Titans II fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romualdo Figueroa should have stopped the shot. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Natxo Naranjo was the one to do the kick off. Josepe Vila's late challenge caught a Auckland Titans II's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Josepe Vila helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Lamb & Flag FC's Josepe Vila got a free kick in the 69th minute. Romualdo Figueroa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horacio Batuecas in the 73rd minute of play. Natxo Naranjo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Romualdo Figueroa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romualdo Figueroa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horacio Batuecas, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. The supporters of Lamb & Flag FC booed when Auckland Titans II was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vachon Soler didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Rexino Redondo came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Auckland Titans II fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rexino Redondo couldn't finish the play. After 87 minutes of play, Auckland Titans II's Santiago Ibanez made it 3-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jairo Santander was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 92nd minute, Casimiro Titos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jairo Santander was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-7. 95 minutes into the match, Santiago Ibanez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jairo Santander, 3-8. Auckland Titans II's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
