The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gonzo Harroyo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. vadillos's Xepe Cuadrado got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Velez Bcn SAD's Francisc Negru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzo Harroyo in the 54th minute of play. In the 56thth minute of the game Gonzo Harroyo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Velez Bcn SAD's Francisc Negru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 58th minute Gonzo Harroyo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisc Negru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gonzo Harroyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. Xepe Cuadrado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Francisc Negru having to make a save. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. vadillos fully deserved thier win.
