Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Misael Carballeira started the match with the kick off. Munroe Brooks showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Misael Carballeira in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 5th match minute, Zairack Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aritz Font to maneuver through the defense. Aureliano Lermo made in the 10th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Misael Carballeira. An unexpectedly hard shot by Misael Carballeira in the 11th minute of play forced Marcelo´s FC's goalkeeper Munroe Brooks to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Misael Carballeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xabat Elguero struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Paquito Abrego didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marcelo´s FC. Munroe Brooks came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Zairack Team's Hector Buenafuente. But to his dismay, Hector Buenafuente quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Munroe Brooks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Misael Carballeira in the 18th minute of play. Munroe Brooks took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Buenafuente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Marcelo´s FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Angelo Garcia hit a great ball. Munroe Brooks showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Buenafuente in the 26th minute of the match. Munroe Brooks took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aritz Font, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcelo´s FC's Munroe Brooks played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Buenafuente in the 28th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Aritz Font's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Munroe Brooks was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. After having played for 33 minutes, Asensio Reina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marcelo´s FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Asensio Reina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Misael Carballeira came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Zairack Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Misael Carballeira couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Zairack Team booed when Marcelo´s FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adulfo Blazquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Misael Carballeira sped through Marcelo´s FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Munroe Brooks. 46 minutes into the match, Zairack Team's goal looked a bit too open when Xabat Elguero came free, but Paquito Abrego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelo Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xabat Elguero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Misael Carballeira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Munroe Brooks was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Locaio Rubio's late challenge caught a Marcelo´s FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Locaio Rubio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 55th minute, Locaio Rubio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Misael Carballeira in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Munroe Brooks prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 61 played minutes Marcelo´s FC got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Garcia. If Hector Buenafuente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 65 minutes, Hector Buenafuente mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zairack Team and the Marcelo´s FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Munroe Brooks made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector Buenafuente in the 69th minute. Munroe Brooks took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Buenafuente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zairack Team's Paquito Abrego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asensio Reina in the 72nd minute of play. Dolfo Abancens kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After 74 played minutes, Zairack Team's Misael Carballeira shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Munroe Brooks came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zairack Team reached it. Zairack Team's Misael Carballeira got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Munroe Brooks made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Hector Buenafuente sent off a good shot on target. After 84 minutes Marcelo´s FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Misael Carballeira who took care of the corner kick. Hector Buenafuente recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Aritz Font kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Munroe Brooks. That made the score 0-3 in the 88 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Marcelo´s FC's Asensio Reina got a free kick in the 90th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Misael Carballeira kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Munroe Brooks. That made the score 0-4 in the 91 minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Marcelo´s FC's goal looked a bit too open when Misael Carballeira came free, but Munroe Brooks reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paquito Abrego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xabat Elguero in the 99th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Zairack Team eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
