The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Remigio Murcia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Uno Berg made a huge save. Uno Berg made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Cedro Echeto sent off a good shot on target. Osoro Ucero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Indalecio Blazquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Osoro Ucero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Indalecio Blazquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naldo Garcia in the 17th minute of play. If Osoro Ucero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, Naldo Garcia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Indalecio Blazquez. El Palmar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Naldo Garcia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 28 minutes into the game, Los Vagos C.F.'s Osoro Ucero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Indalecio Blazquez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 32nd match minute, El Palmar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bienvenido Mera to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, El Palmar's Celestino Alarcon got a free kick in the 35th minute. Los Vagos C.F.'s Freddy Dorado got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Osoro Ucero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Indalecio Blazquez having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Osoro Ucero was the one to do the kick off. Isaio Morera kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Freddy Dorado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 55th minute, Naldo Garcia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Los Vagos C.F. getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Tao Bing Zhou hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bienvenido Mera in the 64th minute of play forced Los Vagos C.F.'s goalkeeper Uno Berg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bienvenido Mera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Uno Berg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to El Palmar getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Isaio Morera hit a great ball. A hard shot 70 in the game by Osoro Ucero from a close distance when the talented Indalecio Blazquez managed to make a qualified save. El Palmar's players were relieved. The supporters of El Palmar booed when Los Vagos C.F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pere Mayol didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Bienvenido Mera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Indalecio Blazquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osoro Ucero, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Tao Bing Zhou was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Vagos C.F.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Palmar the free kick. Tao Bing Zhou kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Los Vagos C.F.'s Osoro Ucero dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. After having played for 96 minutes, Bienvenido Mera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Palmar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bienvenido Mera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over Los Vagos C.F. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than El Palmar throughout the match.
