The audience thought a goal was coming when Espiridion Garcia got free with Paquito Abrego in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Zairack Team's Misael Carballeira got a free kick in the 12th minute. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Misael Carballeira sped through Matasuegras FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mats Wallengren. Zairack Team's Paquito Abrego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Zairack Team from getting a goal against them. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Espiridion Garcia to strike the kick off in the second half. Paquito Abrego didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Espiridion Garcia went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Paquito Abrego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Espiridion Garcia in the 62nd minute of play. Aureliano Lermo made in the 64th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Cristofer Pedraza however managed to control. Zairack Team's Paquito Abrego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Espiridion Garcia in the 74th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Espiridion Garcia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paquito Abrego. Zairack Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Espiridion Garcia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. With a little luck, Matasuegras FC's Mats Wallengren got control of the ball when Hector Buenafuente tried to sneak it across the goal line. Paquito Abrego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Espiridion Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the referee ended the match the Matasuegras FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
