After 4 minutes, Machado Litago mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Palmar and the Huevones fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 5 played minutes El Palmar got a freekick which was hit by Machado Litago. Orlo Candela charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Orlo Candela the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of El Palmar booed when Huevones fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlo Candela didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Elguero struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Anton Peña didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Palmar. 12 minutes into the match, Huevones fc's goal looked a bit too open when Bienvenido Mera came free, but Anton Peña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Elguero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anton Peña read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Huevones fc's goal looked a bit too open when Bienvenido Mera came free, but Anton Peña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anton Peña came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by El Palmar's Bienvenido Mera. But to his dismay, Bienvenido Mera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Anton Peña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Elguero, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 27 minutes into the match, El Palmar's Bienvenido Mera sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anton Peña narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bienvenido Mera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Huevones fc getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Tytus Lato hit a great ball. Ugutz Roman hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bienvenido Mera in the 37th minute of play forced Huevones fc's goalkeeper Anton Peña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. El Palmar's Bienvenido Mera got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Indalecio Blazquez made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Orlo Candela sent off a good shot on target. Indalecio Blazquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliverios Griego in the 43rd minute of the match. When Bienvenido Mera came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the El Palmar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bienvenido Mera couldn't finish the play. After 46 played minutes Huevones fc got a freekick which was hit by Ugutz Roman. Anton Peña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Elguero in the 48th minute of the match. The Huevones fc players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. El Palmar were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Oliverios Griego made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, El Palmar's goal looked a bit too open when Orlo Candela came free, but Indalecio Blazquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 61st minute by Bienvenido Mera got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After having played for 78 minutes, Bienvenido Mera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Palmar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bienvenido Mera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anton Peña made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bienvenido Mera in the 86th minute. The El Palmar players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
