In the 9th minute, Lorenz De Paula left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sitges fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Tirvia's Froilan Segarra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldemar Folch in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Kevin Johnson made a precise shot to the right of Froilan Segarra. Tirvia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After 19 minutes of play, Sitges's Mauricio Salazar made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Froilan Segarra was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 23rd minute, Kevin Johnson made a precise shot to the right of Froilan Segarra. Tirvia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. A collision led to Tirvia getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Aritz Acarreta hit a great ball. After 29 minutes Tirvia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kevin Johnson who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Sitges's corner Kevin Johnson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Froilan Segarra quite easily take care of the ball. Castel Zurica hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Froilan Segarra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauricio Salazar in the 34th minute of play. After some careless play in the Tirvia defense, Kevin Johnson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Froilan Segarra. The Tirvia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Froilan Segarra should have stopped the shot. In the 41st minute Kevin Johnson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Froilan Segarra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Froilan Segarra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauricio Salazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldemar Folch in the 44th minute of play forced Tirvia's goalkeeper Froilan Segarra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mauricio Salazar to make the kick off. Kevin Johnson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Froilan Segarra came out and tried to block the shot, but Kevin Johnson slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 53rd minute. With a little luck, Tirvia's Froilan Segarra got control of the ball when Mauricio Salazar tried to sneak it across the goal line. 61 minutes into the game, Lorenz De Paula recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Froilan Segarra. Lorenz De Paula showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. 65 minutes into the game, Sitges's Ger Branca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Froilan Segarra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. 68 minutes into the match, Lorenz De Paula had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Froilan Segarra. Tirvia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lorenz De Paula was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11. Froilan Segarra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ger Branca, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Tirvia's Froilan Segarra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenz De Paula in the 73rd minute of play. Tirvia's Froilan Segarra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Tirvia from getting a goal against them. Froilan Segarra was out of position in the 81 minute of play, and Kevin Johnson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kevin Johnson really showed his touch with that goal: 0-13. Mauricio Salazar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Froilan Segarra made a huge save. After 86 minutes of play, Sitges's Ger Branca made it 0-14 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Froilan Segarra was left in no man's land by his defense there! 89 minutes into the game, Mauricio Salazar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Froilan Segarra. Mauricio Salazar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-15. In the 95th match minute, Tirvia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavius Nisipeanu to maneuver through the defense. Sitges's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
