He walked away shaking his head. 10 minutes into the match, Marcelo´s FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tabb Astudillo came free, but Munroe Brooks reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Feliks Mazić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 16 minutes of play, Club Atletico Arteixo's Feliks Mazić made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Munroe Brooks was left in no man's land by his defense there! 19 minutes into the game, Tabb Astudillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Munroe Brooks was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 23 minutes into the game, Aldo Vidal threw the ball into play from the sideline. Feliks Mazić hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Ziya Onur Akıncıbey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xabat Elguero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Zuberoa Alabern fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Munroe Brooks having to interfere. When Zuberoa Alabern fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atletico Arteixo's protests and gave Zuberoa Alabern a yellow card for diving instead. In the 64th match minute, Club Atletico Arteixo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zuberoa Alabern to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Xabat Elguero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ziya Onur Akıncıbey was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Teofilo Maroto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Munroe Brooks tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Club Atletico Arteixo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
