Angelino Lawrence was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 20 minutes into the match, Velez-Malaga's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Pantoja came free, but Angelino Lawrence reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute Cristian Matxin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Andujar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Velez-Malaga's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Pantoja came free, but Angelino Lawrence reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Crescencio Guijarro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Angelino Lawrence came out of the goal and Haimar Valdivia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 88 minutes into the match, Vizokas F.C.'s Isauro Vazquez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Angelino Lawrence narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 89th match minute, Velez-Malaga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Odilon Bacete to maneuver through the defense. Vizokas F.C. were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Velez-Malaga to leave the ground with a draw.
