After a rather tough play, Agua Amarga's Belasko Barrientos got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Baiardo Carrasco's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 6thth minute, Llanos Marrero skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Fabián Rapado kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Llanos Marrero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hegoi Escobar, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baiardo Carrasco got free with Llanos Marrero in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Llanos Marrero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hegoi Escobar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enrique Echeto came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Agua Amarga's Álvaro Marcos. But to his dismay, Álvaro Marcos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Silvio Cayuela came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Agua Amarga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvio Cayuela couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Samuel Quijana kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Llanos Marrero. That made the score 1-1 in the 24 minute of play. Agua Amarga's Llanos Marrero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Agua Amarga from getting a goal against them. Torcuato Turienzo hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hegoi Escobar in the 31st minute of play forced Agua Amarga's goalkeeper Llanos Marrero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute of the match, Hegoi Escobar tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Llanos Marrero saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Xaime Climent took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Llanos Marrero. Llanos Marrero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Belasko Barrientos hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Agua Amarga's Llanos Marrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Quijana in the 45th minute of play. Llanos Marrero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Quijana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Álvaro Marcos made the kick off in the second half. Agua Amarga's Llanos Marrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baiardo Carrasco in the 57th minute of play. If Álvaro Marcos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 60th minute Baiardo Carrasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Llanos Marrero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st match minute, Agua Amarga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Belasko Barrientos to maneuver through the defense. 63 minutes into the match, Agua Amarga's goal looked a bit too open when Baiardo Carrasco came free, but Llanos Marrero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enrique Echeto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torcuato Turienzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Agua Amarga's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baiardo Carrasco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Enrique Echeto stood somewhat misplaced when Álvaro Marcos came free in front of goal and shot 3-3 to the left of him in the 84 minute. In the 87th minute Hegoi Escobar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Llanos Marrero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Agua Amarga's goal looked a bit too open when Hegoi Escobar came free, but Llanos Marrero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agua Amarga's Llanos Marrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Quijana in the 91st minute of play. Álvaro Marcos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baiardo Carrasco in the 96th minute of play forced Agua Amarga's goalkeeper Llanos Marrero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
