In the 16th minute, Michael Riells hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Benizar CF's Ove Gunnarsson got a free kick in the 17th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xesc Rallo got free with Raymon Barrientos in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Riemannian getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Beltran Tormes hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Benizar CF's zone, Xesc Rallo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raymon Barrientos came out of the goal and Xesc Rallo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Severino Fernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paquito Figueroa in the 28th minute of the match. The supporters of Riemannian booed when Benizar CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paco Marquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benizar CF's Raymon Barrientos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xesc Rallo in the 34th minute of play. After 37 minutes, Xesc Rallo made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Benizar CF's Raymon Barrientos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Riemannian reached it. 63 minutes into the match, Benizar CF's goal looked a bit too open when Xesc Rallo came free, but Raymon Barrientos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benizar CF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
