In the 8th minute, Vinicio Turrilla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oleg Mamin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vinicio Turrilla in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oleg Mamin saved U.E. Tarraco from getting behind. Truylos Bernal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Soprano, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 25 minutes into the match, Paulino Marin notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of U.E. Tarraco's Oleg Mamin. Oleg Mamin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Oleg Mamin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Marin in the 28th minute of the match. Paulino Marin succeeded in the game's 36th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-5. In the 39th minute Alfonso Soprano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Truylos Bernal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th match minute, U.E. Tarraco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clemente Cao to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulino Marin in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oleg Mamin saved U.E. Tarraco from getting behind. Truylos Bernal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sofronio Valverde in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Salelles were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfonso Soprano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. U.E. Tarraco's Oleg Mamin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinicio Turrilla in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Turrilla in the 55th minute of play forced U.E. Tarraco's goalkeeper Oleg Mamin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 58 played minutes Salelles got a freekick which was hit by Bizen Roig. Truylos Bernal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfonso Soprano's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cedro Huguet during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 60 played minutes Salelles got a freekick which was hit by Cedro Huguet. With a little luck, U.E. Tarraco's Oleg Mamin got control of the ball when Paulino Marin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 66th minute Alfonso Soprano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Truylos Bernal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Salelles getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Cedro Huguet hit a great ball. The corner led Salelles's Vinicio Turrilla to fire away a dangerous shot which Oleg Mamin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Paulino Marin made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 80thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Oleg Mamin would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Oleg Mamin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulino Marin in the 89th minute. Alfonso Soprano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Truylos Bernal having to interfere. Paulino Marin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Oleg Mamin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Salelles's Oleg Mamin threw himself towards the right post 94 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vinicio Turrilla, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Paulino Marin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
