But to his dismay, Zuberoa Zamora quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Boiro C.F.'s Fiz Elguero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zuberoa Zamora in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Boiro C.F.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Manel Caballero was slow to take the kick. During this time UD Linares's players had a chance to rest. Boiro C.F.'s Fiz Elguero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Firmin Lombard in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Firmin Lombard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fiz Elguero was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Fiz Elguero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Firmin Lombard in the 45th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Igor Sierra to strike the kick off in the second half. Jon Moreira scored 0-5 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fiz Elguero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fiz Elguero made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Jon Moreira sent off a good shot on target. In the 59th minute of the match, Zuberoa Zamora tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fiz Elguero saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Fiz Elguero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kemen Pantoja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute UD Linares were awarded a corner. Manel Caballero went to the cornerflag to take it. Igor Sierra kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Zuberoa Zamora charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zuberoa Zamora the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 66th match minute, UD Linares was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zuberoa Zamora to maneuver through the defense. Fiz Elguero was a little too slow when Firmin Lombard got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 0-7. In the 71st minute, Firmin Lombard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, UD Linares's Fiz Elguero threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zuberoa Zamora, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Fiz Elguero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Firmin Lombard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Germán Feal hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the match, Firmin Lombard dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fiz Elguero, 0-8. Fiz Elguero was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Firmin Lombard capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Firmin Lombard really showed his touch with that goal: 0-9. In the 86th minute, UD Linares's Firmin Lombard ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fiz Elguero. Fiz Elguero yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. A collision led to Boiro C.F. getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Saverio Lopez hit a great ball. Fiz Elguero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manel Caballero, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 93 minutes into the match, Boiro C.F.'s goalkeeper Fiz Elguero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jon Moreira. UD Linares's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
