MLM's Bob Cazeneuve played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Roca in the 14th minute of play. In the 19th minute of the match Trece’s FC got a corner. MLM's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Blas Romelio hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Aloísio Vides made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Quadros in the 32nd minute of play. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind MLM's goalkeeper Bob Cazeneuve, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in MLM's zone, Sebastian Fors stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bob Cazeneuve came out of the goal and Sebastian Fors tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aloísio Vides showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Quadros, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Bob Cazeneuve took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Fors, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, MLM's Henrik Tidén got a free kick in the 46th minute. After 47th play minutes William Roca shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Bob Cazeneuve and just under the crossbar into goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

53 minutes into the match, MLM's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Fors came free, but Bob Cazeneuve reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bob Cazeneuve made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Roca in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute Almir Carioca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aloísio Vides saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, MLM's goalkeeper Bob Cazeneuve had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by William Roca. The supporters of Trece’s FC booed when MLM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Colillas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th minute, Flavio Colillas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aloísio Vides showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Almir Carioca in the 73rd minute of the match. Tomás Quadros's late challenge caught a Trece’s FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomás Quadros helped the player get up and apologised. In the 77th match minute, MLM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Quadros to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute of the match, Sebastian Fors tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bob Cazeneuve saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Aloísio Vides showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Quadros, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 83rd minute, Iustinian Dincă got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. William Roca received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bob Cazeneuve came out and tried to block the shot, but William Roca slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute, Tomás Quadros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bob Cazeneuve showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from William Roca in the 90th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Roca in the 92nd minute of play forced MLM's goalkeeper Bob Cazeneuve to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aloísio Vides took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrik Tidén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Trece’s FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than MLM throughout the match.
