After 14th play minutes Jairo Malheiro shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Ermegildo Delgado and just under the crossbar into goal. 19 minutes into the match, Asturcones d´la Abadía's goalkeeper Ermegildo Delgado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roger Bålström. Ermegildo Delgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Malheiro in the 21st minute of the match. Jairo Malheiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jairo Malheiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ermegildo Delgado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jairo Malheiro ran back to his position shaking his head. Ermegildo Delgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Malheiro in the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Asturcones d´la Abadía's Filomeno Tormes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thom Threepwood narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ermegildo Delgado made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Jairo Malheiro sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Asturcones d´la Abadía defense, Jairo Malheiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ermegildo Delgado. The Asturcones d´la Abadía fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ermegildo Delgado should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Asturcones d´la Abadía's Filomeno Tormes got a free kick in the 35th minute. Ermegildo Delgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Malheiro in the 47th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Filomeno Tormes to strike the kick off in the second half. Thom Threepwood made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xurxo Lagunas in the 55th minute of play. Filomeno Tormes, 63 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Malheiro in the 66th minute of play forced Asturcones d´la Abadía's goalkeeper Ermegildo Delgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 67 played minutes Radiohead Freaks Club got a freekick which was hit by Roger Bålström. Roger Bålström kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. When Filomeno Tormes came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Asturcones d´la Abadía fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filomeno Tormes couldn't finish the play. 73 minutes into the match, Cayo Mario notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Asturcones d´la Abadía's Ermegildo Delgado. Ermegildo Delgado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thom Threepwood took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Veremundo Lastras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ermegildo Delgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayo Mario in the 86th minute of play. In the 90th match minute, Asturcones d´la Abadía was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Montrel Olmedo to maneuver through the defense. Radiohead Freaks Club's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
