Xurdin Ibanez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 25 minutes into the match, El Pasteral F.C's goalkeeper Xurdin Ibanez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antto Willman. In the 26th minute Fredrik de Nooter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xurdin Ibanez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xurdin Ibanez made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Antto Willman sent off a good shot on target. Antto Willman might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xurdin Ibanez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antto Willman ran back to his position shaking his head. Xurdin Ibanez came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Pampas Team's Nahitan Nández. But to his dismay, Nahitan Nández quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After a rather tough play, El Pasteral F.C's Modesto Cabrera got a free kick in the 44th minute. A collision led to El Pasteral F.C getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Modesto Cabrera hit a great ball. Nahitan Nández struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Xurdin Ibanez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pampas Team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lekumberri Labarra to make the kick off. El Pasteral F.C's Xurdin Ibanez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredrik de Nooter in the 52nd minute of play.
