Puente Cantalojas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atauri Salan should have stopped the shot. After 11 minutes of play, A.D. Puente Cantalojas's Carlos Camarasa made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aniol Paris was left in no man's land by his defense there! 14 minutes into the match, A.D. Puente Cantalojas's Carlos Camarasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aniol Paris narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Xurde Yerro charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xurde Yerro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 19th minute, René Palencia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Camarasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aniol Paris read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. In the 31st minute, A.D. Puente Cantalojas's Carlos Camarasa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. When Sociedad Deportiva Aboque's Dudu de Andrade in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye A.D. Puente Cantalojas's goalie prevented a goal. 35 minutes into the match, Sociedad Deportiva Aboque's goal looked a bit too open when René Palencia came free, but Aniol Paris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute Aníbal Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atauri Salan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carlos Camarasa was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Sociedad Deportiva Aboque getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Feijo Segarra hit a great ball. 51 minutes into the game, Carlos Camarasa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Aniol Paris was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 60th minute, one of Sociedad Deportiva Aboque:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sociedad Deportiva Aboque. Arvin Låsberg shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After 64 played minutes A.D. Puente Cantalojas got a freekick which was hit by Roberto-Carlos Rocha. Aniol Paris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Camarasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Camarasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aniol Paris. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlos Camarasa ran back to his position shaking his head. Aniol Paris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Camarasa in the 74th minute of play. Atauri Salan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radomil Jaraczeski in the 78th minute of the match. A.D. Puente Cantalojas made a substitution. Emil Valström replaced Erland Odman. In the 86th minute A.D. Puente Cantalojas were awarded a corner. Arvin Låsberg went to the cornerflag to take it. When Carlos Camarasa came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the A.D. Puente Cantalojas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Camarasa couldn't finish the play. Feijo Segarra's late challenge caught a A.D. Puente Cantalojas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feijo Segarra helped the player get up and apologised. Feijo Segarra hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Aníbal Marinho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Atauri Salan made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomil Jaraczeski in the 94th minute of play forced A.D. Puente Cantalojas's goalkeeper Atauri Salan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 97th minute, Carlos Camarasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.D. Puente Cantalojas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. A.D. Puente Cantalojas had won after a very even match.
