Boruc Petka hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. A collision led to La Mora CAT getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Frank Alvarenga hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino Coutinho in the 12th minute of play forced Pampas Team's goalkeeper Piorno Zamora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Şenol Güneş stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lekumberri Labarra's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. In the last second Şenol Güneş throw himself and got hold of the ball when Lekumberri Labarra in the 16thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antto Willman got free with Şenol Güneş in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Pampas Team's Antto Willman in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Mora CAT's goalie prevented a goal. A hard shot 28 in the game by Antto Willman from a close distance when the talented Şenol Güneş managed to make a qualified save. La Mora CAT's players were relieved. Martin Suy hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 36 minutes, Şenol Güneş successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Du Jian Chen came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the La Mora CAT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Du Jian Chen couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Pampas Team's zone, Wayne Rooney stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Piorno Zamora came out of the goal and Wayne Rooney tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Frank Alvarenga fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Mora CAT's protests and gave Frank Alvarenga a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 45th minute of the game. One of La Mora CAT:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pampas Team:s goal. 2-0 came through a penalty shot after 48 played minutes, when Pampas Team:s Lekumberri Labarra calmly waited for La Mora CAT:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wayne Rooney to strike the kick off in the second half. Şenol Güneş came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Pampas Team's Antto Willman. But to his dismay, Antto Willman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Pampas Team's Piorno Zamora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wayne Rooney in the 58th minute of play. La Mora CAT's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Du Jian Chen in the 60th minute. Du Jian Chen made a great header on La Mora CAT's corner, it was just that Pampas Team's Piorno Zamora managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, Pampas Team's Antto Willman got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Antto Willman kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Şenol Güneş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fredrik de Nooter, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lekumberri Labarra in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Şenol Güneş saved La Mora CAT from getting behind. Feliz Lozano kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. La Mora CAT's Seve Grau was substituted for Du Jian Chen. A collision led to Pampas Team getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Feliz Lozano hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wayne Rooney got free with Piorno Zamora in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 74th minute, Fredrik de Nooter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Lekumberri Labarra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Şenol Güneş was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Piorno Zamora made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Seve Grau sent off a good shot on target. In the 89th minute La Mora CAT were awarded a corner. Garoa Ojesto went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Seve Grau in the 92nd minute of play forced Pampas Team's goalkeeper Piorno Zamora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 93 minutes, Coronel Canyelles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Mora CAT's supporters crossed their fingers, but Coronel Canyelles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Pampas Team players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
