The Arkham Asylum C.F. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 23rd minute Misael Vazquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ray De Lauw saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ray De Lauw made an important save on a dangerous shot by Araoz Guasch in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Ascencio Quintas notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Arkham Asylum C.F.'s Rolando Sindo. The supporters of Vetusta booed when Arkham Asylum C.F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joakim Arvidsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Araoz Guasch in the 70th minute of play forced Vetusta's goalkeeper Ray De Lauw to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, 曹翔泉 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the match, Vetusta's Andresito Sacristán broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 78th minute Ascencio Quintas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Sindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ascencio Quintas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Sindo was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Vetusta's Ascencio Quintas got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
