Colon Manrique made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tabicker Pepin Club's goalkeeper Enrico Longo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 20 minutes Tabicker Pepin Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Roberto Mata who took care of the corner kick. Roberto Mata made a great header on F.C. Sant Sabo's corner, it was just that Tabicker Pepin Club's Enrico Longo managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 23rd minute C.J. Colon Manrique tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roberto Mata charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roberto Mata the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 66th match minute, F.C. Sant Sabo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Mata to maneuver through the defense. F.C. Sant Sabo's Colon Manrique proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save F.C. Sant Sabo from getting a goal against them. In the 76th minute of the game Fernando Serrano made a throw-in which Rodrigo Rosas played forward. Enrico Longo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from C.J. Colon Manrique yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. The audience was convinced that C.J. La Marca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Enrico Longo was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. In the 88th minute of the match F.C. Sant Sabo got a corner. Tabicker Pepin Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Roberto Mata ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 90th minute C.J. La Marca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrico Longo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tabicker Pepin Club's Enrico Longo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Mata in the 92nd minute of play. When the match was over Tabicker Pepin Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than F.C. Sant Sabo throughout the match.
