Lucio Toxeiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hossam Nadolski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucio Toxeiro ran back to his position shaking his head. 13 minutes into the match, Souston C.F's goal looked a bit too open when Lucio Toxeiro came free, but Hossam Nadolski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Souston C.F's Frenkie de Jong got a free kick in the 14th minute. Souston C.F's Hossam Nadolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nevada Etxeberria in the 17th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Souston C.F's zone, Nevada Etxeberria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hossam Nadolski came out of the goal and Nevada Etxeberria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's Nevada Etxeberria got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's Lucio Toxeiro in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Souston C.F's Luis Ricoy quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Xofre Mayor, made in the 42nd minute of the game. Xulio Bermudez hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. If Xulio Bermudez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nevada Etxeberria was the one to do the kick off. Saturnino Nieto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xulio Bermudez, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Souston C.F's Hossam Nadolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Cayuela in the 77th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Gaston Cayuela's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hossam Nadolski was relentless in the 79th minute of the game.
