With a little luck, F.C. Sant Sabo's Colon Manrique got control of the ball when Adulfo Alcantara tried to sneak it across the goal line. Colon Manrique didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Triana Rep. Ind.'s Ola Lagerberg shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basilio Gaztea in the 16th minute of play forced Triana Rep. Ind.'s goalkeeper Bahiano Camarasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colon Manrique made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Adulfo Alcantara sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Melquiades Lizar in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bahiano Camarasa saved Triana Rep. Ind. from getting behind. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ola Lagerberg to make the kick off. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Melquiades Lizar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raúl Dagora could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Bahiano Camarasa made a huge save. After some careless play in the F.C. Sant Sabo defense, Adulfo Alcantara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Colon Manrique. The F.C. Sant Sabo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Colon Manrique should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Triana Rep. Ind. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
