Orihuela Club de Fútbol were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after F.C. Sant Sabo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nicolás Grau took the corner. After taking down the ball on Orihuela Club de Fútbol's corner Nicolás Grau fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Colon Manrique quite easily take care of the ball. In the 29th minute, Mazuste Flores got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Sbârcea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roberto Mata's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Colon Manrique acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 35th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Álvaro Sampil. Mazuste Flores struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Daniel Sbârcea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. Sant Sabo. 45 minutes into the game, Mazuste Flores cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Daniel Sbârcea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nicolás Grau kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Mazuste Flores got free with Daniel Sbârcea in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 62nd minute, F.C. Daniel Sbârcea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Mata in the 85th minute of the match. In the 87th minute Mazuste Flores shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Sbârcea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Orihuela Club de Fútbol defense, Raúl Dagora kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Sbârcea. The Orihuela Club de Fútbol fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Sbârcea should have stopped the shot. F.C. Sant Sabo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
