But to his dismay, Marcos Saavedra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Marcos Saavedra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evander Zabel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christiano Ronaldo in the 12th minute of the match. Deportivo Alavés's Evander Zabel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christiano Ronaldo in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Altza Herria's goalkeeper Julio-César van Beek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lesardo Alavedra. Vincent Solera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio-César van Beek having to interfere. After 21 minutes, Lesardo Alavedra made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Altza Herria's Julio-César van Beek tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Julio-César van Beek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vincent Solera in the 31st minute of the match. The attack was good, but when Vincent Solera in the 31st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 35th minute, 康鸿潮 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the game, Lesardo Alavedra recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Julio-César van Beek. Lesardo Alavedra showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. After a rather tough play, Altza Herria's Marcos Saavedra got a free kick in the 44th minute. When the match clock showed 45 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Lesardo Alavedra sped through Altza Herria's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio-César van Beek.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christiano Ronaldo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Deportivo Alavés got a freekick which was hit by Amador Urbasa. Julio-César van Beek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lesardo Alavedra, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 58th minute Wiggo Wipp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio-César van Beek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th of the match, Marcos Saavedra tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Evander Zabel got in the way and made a wonderful save. Andrés Iniesta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evander Zabel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christiano Ronaldo went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Julio-César van Beek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lesardo Alavedra in the 75th minute of play. If Christiano Ronaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Deportivo Alavés's Javi Moreno was substituted for Vincent Solera. The supporters of Deportivo Alavés booed when Altza Herria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Saavedra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Deportivo Alavés were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Altza Herria for a fine match.
