Artzai Tarin made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Nabucodonosor Campomanes sent off a good shot on target. Kiko Ferrer's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute, Artzai Tarin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Rodney Marines took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manole Cristoiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Manole Cristoiu sped through Celtistas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rodney Marines. Manole Cristoiu ran back to his position shaking his head. Manole Cristoiu had several of the Celtistas's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 82 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Rodney Marines as he didn't even see the shot coming. When Rubio Leseduarte came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Orgullo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rubio Leseduarte couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manole Cristoiu got free with Rodney Marines in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manole Cristoiu in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodney Marines prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 94 minutes, Fabian Ayala mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Celtistas and the Orgullo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 94th minute, Fabian Ayala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
