In the 16th minute of the match LIVERPOOL got a corner. Orgullo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bozkurt Akşit ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Bozkurt Akşit got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Artzai Tarin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Eufemio Valverde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manole Cristoiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 25th minute of the match Orgullo got a corner. LIVERPOOL's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Yan Chuan Yang ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 30th minute, Pepito Barral made a precise shot to the right of Artzai Tarin. Orgullo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Eufemio Valverde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manole Cristoiu in the 32nd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, LIVERPOOL's goal looked a bit too open when Manole Cristoiu came free, but Eufemio Valverde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manole Cristoiu took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eufemio Valverde. Eufemio Valverde dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manole Cristoiu during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of LIVERPOOL booed when Orgullo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manole Cristoiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Manole Cristoiu notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of LIVERPOOL's Eufemio Valverde. Eufemio Valverde was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Yan Chuan Yang struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Eufemio Valverde didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Orgullo. Eufemio Valverde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manole Cristoiu in the 56th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, LIVERPOOL's Pastor Llorenc got a free kick in the 62nd minute. If Manole Cristoiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pepito Barral in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Artzai Tarin saved Orgullo from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Pepito Barral put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Artzai Tarin. Artzai Tarin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pepito Barral in the 72nd minute of play. Orgullo's Manole Cristoiu got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Orgullo booed when LIVERPOOL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pastor Llorenc didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute Manole Cristoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eufemio Valverde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by LIVERPOOL's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Yan Chuan Yang was slow to take the kick. During this time Orgullo's players had a chance to rest. Yan Chuan Yang made a great header on Orgullo's corner, it was just that LIVERPOOL's Eufemio Valverde managed to reach the ball for a save. LIVERPOOL's Eufemio Valverde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manole Cristoiu in the 84th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Manole Cristoiu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eufemio Valverde. LIVERPOOL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manole Cristoiu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Orgullo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of LIVERPOOL for a fine match.
