Dida Ramalho came out of the goal and Tobias Ribas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tobias Ribas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dida Ramalho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Tobias Ribas took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Dida Ramalho to make any attempt to save it. In the 21st minute, Marcial Aceves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xalvador Uria was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After a rather tough play, T h e r i o n's Tobias Ribas got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 41st minute, Roberto Cruz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 45th minute Marcial Aceves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xalvador Uria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 47 played minutes T h e r i o n got a freekick which was hit by Unai Novo.

The wind increased when Roberto Cruz made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Roberto Cruz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but T h e r i o n's Xalvador Uria was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Karl Eklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dida Ramalho having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto Cruz in the 60th minute of play forced T h e r i o n's goalkeeper Xalvador Uria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Roberto Cruz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xalvador Uria was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tobias Ribas in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dida Ramalho saved Alcorcón A.D.A from getting behind. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Roberto Cruz sped through T h e r i o n's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Xalvador Uria.
