The crowd rose to their feet as Curcio Carballeira kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Yassine Bounou. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Nervión FC's goalkeeper Yassine Bounou had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Curcio Carballeira. After 15 minutes, Iosu Bastida mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Getafe Deportivo and the Nervión FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 15th match minute, Club Getafe Deportivo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iosu Bastida to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute, Germán Salazar made a precise shot to the right of Jairo Castellano. Club Getafe Deportivo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Yassine Bounou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Curcio Carballeira in the 20th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Curcio Carballeira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Curcio Carballeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Yassine Bounou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Curcio Carballeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Curcio Carballeira in the 33rd minute of play forced Nervión FC's goalkeeper Yassine Bounou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Curcio Carballeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Yassine Bounou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Curcio Carballeira in the 36th minute of the match. Yassine Bounou made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Curcio Carballeira sent off a good shot on target. Yassine Bounou was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Curcio Carballeira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 40 minute of play. The supporters of Nervión FC booed when Club Getafe Deportivo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. 蔡国阳 didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Curcio Carballeira was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Nervión FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Ben Stout hit a great ball. Nervión FC's Yassine Bounou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Curcio Carballeira in the 56th minute of play. Yassine Bounou stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Curcio Carballeira's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. The audience was convinced that Curcio Carballeira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yassine Bounou was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. After having played for 64 minutes, Curcio Carballeira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Getafe Deportivo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Curcio Carballeira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Nervión FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Maureo De Pablo hit a great ball. Club Getafe Deportivo's Vlad Ţăranu was substituted for Henrico Del Bosque. In the 69th minute, Maureo De Pablo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yassine Bounou came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Getafe Deportivo's Curcio Carballeira. But to his dismay, Curcio Carballeira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Yassine Bounou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Curcio Carballeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Víctor Feal sped through Nervión FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Yassine Bounou. Nervión FC's Medardo Dorado was substituted for Maureo De Pablo. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nervión FC's goalkeeper Yassine Bounou, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Orlo Sarrate kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 86th minute, one of Nervión FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Nervión FC. Fe Aranzubia made in the 92nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jaume Revuelta immediately put the ball in play. Curcio Carballeira might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yassine Bounou. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Curcio Carballeira ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 95th minute Curcio Carballeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yassine Bounou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Nervión FC booed when Club Getafe Deportivo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Víctor Feal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaume Revuelta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Castellano having to interfere. Nervión FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Club Getafe Deportivo had won, even though Nervión FC had held more of the ball.
