The Sant Bartolomeu FC fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Sant Bartolomeu FC's Humberto Figueres looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Imanol Gonzáles didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Humberto Figueres went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Imanol Gonzáles stood somewhat misplaced when Humberto Figueres came free in front of goal and shot 6-0 to the left of him in the 20 minute. Sant Bartolomeu FC's Humberto Figueres was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 28th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iñigo Comas made a kick off. Blas Griful's late challenge caught a Sant Bartolomeu FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Blas Griful helped the player get up and apologised. Sant Bartolomeu FC's Humberto Figueres got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Quique Etxeberria took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Imanol Gonzáles. Imanol Gonzáles dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-0. After a defensive mix-up in FC Tarragona 2006's zone, Sigge Sigge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Imanol Gonzáles came out of the goal and Sigge Sigge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 69 minutes, Sigge Sigge made it 15-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC Tarragona 2006's Imanol Gonzáles tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 73rd minute, Quique Etxeberria ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Imanol Gonzáles was frozen by the shot and now it was 16-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sigge Sigge in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Imanol Gonzáles saved FC Tarragona 2006 from getting behind. Imanol Gonzáles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Figueres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 89 minutes, Quique Etxeberria made it 18-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC Tarragona 2006's Imanol Gonzáles tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
