Saturnin Darroja stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hernán Palacios's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. After a rather tough play, Delinquentes Futbol Club's Galih Wewengkang got a free kick in the 76th minute. The referee showed Zeru Cambero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Etxahun Rienda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Raúl Laredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Downchester City defense, Zeru Cambero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Saturnin Darroja. The Downchester City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saturnin Darroja should have stopped the shot. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Delinquentes Futbol Club walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
