The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 31 minutes into the game, Bozhil Vaptzarov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Reno Idiaquez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gonsalve Flores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rubim Peralta in the 37th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Stuart Mayo could shoot a difficult shot in the 45th minute, which Gonsalve Flores however easily saved by the left post.

The wind increased when Rubim Peralta made the kick off in the second half. Reno Idiaquez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bozhil Vaptzarov in the 55th minute. In the 60th minute Bozhil Vaptzarov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reno Idiaquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in U.D. Mancini's zone, Ebardo Romero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gonsalve Flores came out of the goal and Ebardo Romero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. U.D. Mancini's Brion Macia was substituted for Nemesio Quiroga. Kadir Celilay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reno Idiaquez having to interfere. In the 75th minute Bozhil Vaptzarov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reno Idiaquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reno Idiaquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bozhil Vaptzarov in the 87th minute of the match. Mancini supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing U.D. Mancini would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
