Kåre Tvilling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Phillip Odby, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anthon Will received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Kåre Tvilling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kai Bavnsgaard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Phillip Odby recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Anthon Will notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Gesager FV's Kåre Tvilling. Kåre Tvilling was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Anthon Will sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kåre Tvilling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kai Bavnsgaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Ove Klewer hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the game, Anthon Will cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Kåre Tvilling was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kåre Tvilling stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anthon Will's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Anthon Will fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kåre Tvilling having to interfere. Phillip Odby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Kåre Tvilling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Seventh Stranger were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kjeld Ralsgaard was the one to do the kick off. If Nicolas Reiter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kaspar Kristø during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 53rd minute of the game. One of Seventh Stranger:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gesager FV:s goal. Fritz Rosnæs shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Kai Bavnsgaard hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Seventh Stranger's Anthon Will got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Gesager FV's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Kai Bavnsgaard fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Phillip Odby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Kåre Tvilling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Seventh Stranger booed when Gesager FV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fritz Rosnæs didn't get a good kick on the ball. William Sværdpiil took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kåre Tvilling. Gesager FV's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With his leg Kåre Tvilling managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when Seventh Stranger's Anthon Will fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Seventh Stranger's Nico Harmer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Reiter in the 80th minute of play. Dan Drengsgaard's late challenge caught a Seventh Stranger's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dan Drengsgaard helped the player get up and apologised. In the 81st match minute, Gesager FV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dan Drengsgaard to maneuver through the defense. Gesager FV's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Phillip Odby 83 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. A collision led to Gesager FV getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Sophus Leonhaisen hit a great ball. The Seventh Stranger fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when Seventh Stranger's Anthon Will looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 97th minute, Nigel Garbus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Gesager FV fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Seventh Stranger were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
