Antoni Major made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Kirkehyld in the 11th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Leithoff's Henry Gejser got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute of the match Konrad Schæbel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Antoni Major skillfully saved the ball. Dani Prahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred Strong in the 18th minute of play. Fred Strong's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Dani Prahl skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jørg Kærn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Dani Prahl made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fred Strong was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Leithoff's goalkeeper Antoni Major had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by William Kirkehyld. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Jørg Kærn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Leithoff's Fred Strong in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hjadstrup's goalie prevented a goal.
