After a defensive mix-up in Glejbjerg FC's zone, Dé Queirós stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reinar Nordbo came out of the goal and Dé Queirós tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute, Helmuth Jungsberg fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Reinar Nordbo, passed just outside the right post. Reinar Nordbo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Helmuth Jungsberg in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 30th minute Orla Rassing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Indalecio Maldonado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Tved FV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Indalecio Maldonado should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Dé Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tved FV's supporters rose to their feet, but Dé Queirós was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reinar Nordbo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Reinar Nordbo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helmuth Jungsberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. When Dé Queirós came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Tved FV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dé Queirós couldn't finish the play. Glejbjerg FC's Reinar Nordbo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Glejbjerg FC from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
