Kield Lagfoss struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Klavs Rolig didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Söbjærg. Söbjærg's Nikolai Fangløv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nickolas Staalø in the 14th minute of play. Jim Gunvad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikolai Fangløv having to interfere. Söbjærg's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Nickolas Staalø 18 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralph Selmar in the 23rd minute of play forced Ørskov AC's goalkeeper Klavs Rolig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kield Lagfoss struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Klavs Rolig didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Söbjærg. If Jim Gunvad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute, Kield Lagfoss got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralph Selmar in the 32nd minute of play forced Ørskov AC's goalkeeper Klavs Rolig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Söbjærg's Ralph Selmar in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ørskov AC's goalie prevented a goal. Klavs Rolig came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Söbjærg's Ralph Selmar. But to his dismay, Ralph Selmar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 42ndth minute of the game Ralph Selmar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ørskov AC's Klavs Rolig was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Amadeus Bredhof hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ralph Selmar was the one to do the kick off. If Ralph Selmar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 56 played minutes Ørskov AC got a freekick which was hit by Svenne Soldal. After having played for 62 minutes, Kield Lagfoss managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Söbjærg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kield Lagfoss was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nikolai Fangløv showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jim Gunvad in the 65th minute of the match. When Kield Lagfoss came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Söbjærg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kield Lagfoss couldn't finish the play. Klavs Rolig stood somewhat misplaced when Ralph Selmar came free in front of goal and shot 1-3 to the left of him in the 72 minute. Ralph Selmar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Klavs Rolig having to interfere. Ralph Selmar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ørskov AC's Jim Gunvad got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jim Gunvad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikolai Fangløv having to interfere. Söbjærg played a much better game than Ørskov AC and deserved their victory. The Ørskov AC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
