In the 30th minute, Skanderup's Bernhard Gerløv dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Virgil Konnild couldn't finish the play. Louis Valgard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgil Konnild in the 41st minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Moritz Stejlhave cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Eigil Noya was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benni Hagbarth kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Skanderup's Eigil Noya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mark Breiner in the 53rd minute of play. If Virgil Konnild had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eigil Noya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mark Breiner in the 59th minute of the match. After 60th play minutes Mark Breiner shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Eigil Noya and just under the crossbar into goal. After a rather tough play, Sørå's Joakim Kallager got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Sørå's Louis Valgard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernhard Gerløv in the 69th minute of play. Virgil Konnild sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Virgil Konnild's late challenge caught a Sørå's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Virgil Konnild helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Skanderup getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Virgil Konnild hit a great ball. In the 84th minute Skanderup were awarded a corner. Herbert Haust went to the cornerflag to take it. 93 minutes into the match, Sørå's goal looked a bit too open when Virgil Konnild came free, but Louis Valgard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernhard Gerløv in the 95th minute of play forced Sørå's goalkeeper Louis Valgard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
