Augustinus Thorfeldt ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ole Wisniewski during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 13th match minute, Futting was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ole Wisniewski to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, Bøje Gerndahl notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Futting's Aleks Wielopolska. Aleks Wielopolska was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Antonsen in the 18th minute of play forced FC København's goalkeeper Walter Hedesgaard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Futting's Arthur Antonsen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Walter Hedesgaard. That made the score 1-1 after 19 minutes of play. With an all-out effort, Futting's Walter Hedesgaard threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arthur Antonsen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Futting booed when FC København was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godtfred Ravnå didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute, FC København's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Arthur Antonsen fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Arthur Antonsen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Walter Hedesgaard having to make a save. Valter Rehfeldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Walter Hedesgaard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The supporters of FC København booed when Futting was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frode Vrist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th match minute, Futting was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ole Wisniewski to maneuver through the defense. Ludwig Kasan kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After 64 played minutes FC København got a freekick which was hit by Hansmorten Brokholm. Bøje Gerndahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Aleks Wielopolska tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aleks Wielopolska took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bøje Gerndahl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the match, Bøje Gerndahl dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aleks Wielopolska, 1-3. Augustinus Thorfeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the match, Futting's goalkeeper Aleks Wielopolska had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Augustinus Thorfeldt. In the 80th minute, FC København's Augustinus Thorfeldt dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. A collision led to FC København getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Gustaf Gast hit a great ball. In the 87th minute, Arthur Antonsen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Arthur Antonsen came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Futting fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arthur Antonsen couldn't finish the play. The Futting supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC København's performance. The match ended with a win for FC København.
