In the 3rdth minute of the game Sigfred Russel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Bækmand's Niklas Harholt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 4th match minute, FC Bækmand was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donald Holbraad to maneuver through the defense. Edwardt Bessel took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niklas Harholt. Niklas Harholt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edwardt Bessel in the 9th minute of play forced FC Bækmand's goalkeeper Niklas Harholt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sigfred Russel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Niklas Harholt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ted Berendsen charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ted Berendsen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ted Berendsen kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Edwardt Bessel struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Niklas Harholt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vanløse BK. Niklas Harholt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sigfred Russel in the 27th minute of the match. Niklas Harholt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sigfred Russel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vanløse BK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Toke Corvil in the 37th minute. A nice corner shot did that Toke Corvil got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Niklas Harholt quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Edwardt Bessel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vanløse BK's Walter Haxfort played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronny Idskou in the 43rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Sigfred Russel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vanløse BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Sigfred Russel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niklas Harholt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

54 minutes into the game, Volmar Klarsdorf was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Bækmand's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vanløse BK the free kick. In the 54th match minute, FC Bækmand was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Volmar Klarsdorf to maneuver through the defense. Sigfred Russel struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Niklas Harholt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vanløse BK. Niklas Harholt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wolfgang Nylykke, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Sigfred Russel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Niklas Harholt came out and tried to block the shot, but Sigfred Russel slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 59th minute. After having played for 64 minutes, Ted Berendsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Bækmand's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ted Berendsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ted Berendsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Bækmand's Volmar Klarsdorf got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of FC Bækmand booed when Vanløse BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Micky Rauffkjær didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sigfred Russel in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Niklas Harholt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Sigfred Russel came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Vanløse BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sigfred Russel couldn't finish the play. When the match was over Vanløse BK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Bækmand throughout the match.
