An unexpectedly hard shot by Kield Barger in the 2nd minute of play forced Søllested's goalkeeper Viktor From to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aleksander Torre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michel Tonnisen having to interfere. After having played for 5 minutes, Kield Barger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Horslev FV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kield Barger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Søllested's defense didn't have a chance, in the 7th minute, when Kield Barger scored to the left of an out of position Viktor From, making the score, 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Horslev FV's goal looked a bit too open when Ernest Brungaard came free, but Michel Tonnisen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michel Tonnisen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aleksander Torre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the game, Jonatan Sandorff was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Horslev FV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Søllested the free kick. The supporters of Søllested booed when Horslev FV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonatan Sandorff didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kield Barger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viktor From having to interfere. In the 26th minute Aleksander Torre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Tonnisen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute Kield Barger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viktor From saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Viktor From had great luck who in the 35thth minute grab hold of the ball when Kield Barger from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After some careless play in the Horslev FV defense, Aleksander Torre kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Michel Tonnisen. The Horslev FV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Michel Tonnisen should have stopped the shot. After 45 minutes of play, Horslev FV's Mortimer Hiort made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Viktor From was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kield Barger to strike the kick off in the second half. Mortimer Hiort took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Viktor From. Viktor From dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Mortimer Hiort fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viktor From having to interfere. When Cristian Elmund came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Søllested fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Elmund couldn't finish the play. Horslev FV's Michel Tonnisen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernest Brungaard in the 66th minute of play. Ernest Brungaard blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Michel Tonnisen having to make a save. In the 68th minute, Boje Wortziger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 70 minutes, Michel Tonnisen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Kield Barger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viktor From having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Horslev FV's goalkeeper Michel Tonnisen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aleksander Torre. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernest Brungaard in the 79th minute of play forced Horslev FV's goalkeeper Michel Tonnisen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 79 played minutes Horslev FV got a freekick which was hit by Tøger Hvanna. Horslev FV's Michel Tonnisen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Horslev FV from getting a goal against them. If Aleksander Torre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kield Barger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Viktor From tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 96 minutes, Kield Barger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Horslev FV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kield Barger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Søllested's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
