After a defensive mix-up in Lunderskov FC's zone, Theodor Jebsen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karsten Meelsen came out of the goal and Theodor Jebsen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Raunow in the 6th minute of play forced Stånum AC's goalkeeper Marius Gernsø to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Therkel Ammitzbo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Karsten Meelsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Theodor Jebsen struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Karsten Meelsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stånum AC. Torsten Hundahl's late challenge caught a Stånum AC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Torsten Hundahl helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Stånum AC booed when Lunderskov FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torsten Hundahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute of the match Johnny Gretting shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Karsten Meelsen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Stånum AC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Hugo Bryde hit a great ball. Karsten Meelsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Therkel Ammitzbo in the 18th minute of play. Stånum AC's Theodor Jebsen got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 25 minutes, Theodor Jebsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stånum AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Theodor Jebsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oliver Raunow received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Marius Gernsø tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 38 minutes into the game, Hugo Bryde was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stånum AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lunderskov FC the free kick. A collision led to Stånum AC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Hugo Bryde hit a great ball. Konstantin Reinsberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marius Gernsø having to interfere. Stånum AC's Marius Gernsø played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Raunow in the 44th minute of play. Oliver Raunow took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marius Gernsø. Marius Gernsø dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Karsten Meelsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Bryde, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Therkel Ammitzbo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karsten Meelsen having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Lunderskov FC's Stephan Bentin got a free kick in the 57th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Gerner Oldefar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stånum AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerner Oldefar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karsten Meelsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Theodor Jebsen in the 61st minute of play forced Lunderskov FC's goalkeeper Karsten Meelsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Theodor Jebsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Konstantin Reinsberg got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Lunderskov FC. A collision led to Lunderskov FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Torsten Hundahl hit a great ball. In the 79th minute Matthias Grundflod shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marius Gernsø saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Lunderskov FC's goal looked a bit too open when Theodor Jebsen came free, but Karsten Meelsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Therkel Ammitzbo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karsten Meelsen having to interfere. The Lunderskov FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lunderskov FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
