Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Terry Valsgren made the kick off and thus started the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Helmuth Drotner in the 11th minute of play forced Vonsbek's goalkeeper Thorleif Barkner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute, Pelle Grubert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thorleif Barkner was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Terry Valsgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vonsbek's supporters rose to their feet, but Terry Valsgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pierre Formark breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Diego Aldal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Søborg FC's Helmuth Drotner got a free kick in the 20th minute. 23 minutes into the game, Vonsbek's Terry Valsgren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pierre Formark made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Terry Valsgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Pierre Formark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rickard Maajen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pierre Formark having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Terry Valsgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vonsbek fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Pierre Formark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Terry Valsgren in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute Edvardt Sornum shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pierre Formark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Pelle Grubert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The wind increased when Helmuth Drotner made the kick off in the second half. After 68 minutes Vonsbek's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jens Sydow who took care of the corner kick. In the 70th minute Terry Valsgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pierre Formark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute Pelle Grubert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thorleif Barkner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thorleif Barkner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helmuth Drotner, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Roar Urik struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Pierre Formark didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vonsbek. Pierre Formark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rickard Maajen in the 84th minute of the match. Rickard Maajen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pierre Formark having to make a save. Terry Valsgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pierre Formark having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Vonsbek had played much better football throughout.
